Would Financial Aid Cover The Cost Of A Dslr And Macbook Pro?

I’m applying for a photography program (not sure which college yet) in Ontario, Canada. Does financial aid/loans cover the cost of materials needed for the course ($1500-$4000 dslr camera and macbook pro $1500)? I’m worried about not being able to purchase these objects because they are so expensive. I don’t have the money to buy them on my own and I don’t know anyone who knows this information. All help is appreciated
