Kind Of Unsolicited Cover Letter?

Hi guys,
I wrote a new resume and cover letter for this one job I am actually desperate to get. I moved cities to be closer to the industry I wish to enter BUT have no experience in that specific field. So here is my questions: 1. Can I state I am willing to work as an intern to enhance my experience and prove to them that I am qualified for this industry? 2. I copied my cover letter beneath and I was wondering if my sentences were correct and comprehensible.

I also established the project inputs and outputs, and the deliverables and milestones. I assigned different tasks among project members, and implemented internal changes at xxxx.
- Talented and avid videogame player, mostly RPG games. Favourite recent games include: DA 1 & 2, ME 1 & 2, Portal 1 & 2, Fable 2, Borderlands, Unchartered, Red Dead Redemption, etc. Lived with gamers and designers, and a large part of my network works in the game industry. I understand their creative process, what they believe hampers it, and how to motivate them.
- Managed a very large governmental project encompassing all sectors of an organization from marketing to finance. Was responsible for proposing and implementing the approved changes to the entire internal and external structure including the xxx’s database, and web platform.
